Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned.

Here are the items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Socks


To initiate a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return a product, you must mail it to: 252 Richelieu Street, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, J3B6X8, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
